International Corgi Day celebrates both corgi breeds AND corgi-mixes and brings people together through their love of long dogs with short legs to give to dogs in need.

Proceeds from their merchandise go to help corgis in need through a different corgi rescue every quarter. You get to celebrate your love for corgis AND do good at the same time by promoting the big day and/or purchasing a shirt or donating. 3 ways to celebrate this holiday: You can host an event with your local corgi group or just your friends. Pamper your vertically challenged pup. Take in all the pictures and posts with #InternationalCorgiDay, and so much more. The origin story: The four leaders of the Omaha Corgi Crew wanted a way to take fundraising and the love of corgis outside of their local area. So, they founded International Corgi Day to bring corgi-lovers across the world together to celebrate their dogs while giving back to other dogs in need - especially through lesser-known rescues.
