How to make a Sloppy Joe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 8 to 10 hamburger buns or rolls, split
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the onions, peppers, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Serve on hamburger buns or rolls.
