Having fun at work is important for team-building and team morale, especially at this time of year, when the holidays are well and truly over and spring seems still so far away.

It doesn't have to be zany or forced, but use this day as a reminder that work should be enjoyable and even when faced with lots of work and deadlines, a bit of light relief can help put those things in perspective.
Think about fun activities which can make your employees smile for the day, do whatever works best for you and your organization! Why not encourage a 'fancy dress your desk' day, a best Zoom background competition, a baking competition, play a quiz or team game, have a film afternoon with popcorn provided, host a family fun day, or even just encouraging them to leave early for post-work drinks.
